Alternate Health Care

Walking for long distances is one of the oldest forms of exercise, but now with advancements in technology and medicine, people are moving towards fitness gadgets or wearable devices so that you can be able to enjoy regular walks in the streets, parks or anywhere.. Walking for longer distances can increase your heart rate & blood pressure for a limited time. Now, walking for a shorter distance reduces your blood pressure, while at greater distance increases it. So, if you’ve wanted to walk for a short distance so that you can see whether your fitness levels have improved or not, then this blog might help. Walking is very simple and free, like any other form of exercise, but for me it needs some commitment because I must carry all my gear with me even though it’s just a 2 hour walk. It will take quite a lot before I reach my destination, but as I do this each day, I don’t mind missing out on any moment without taking it seriously. If you are looking for a new workout routine or want to know how to improve your physical health, then check our blog below : https://medium.com/@nooray_khalifa7/how-to-get-better-at-walking-a-9e7f6d0f8f2d#:~:text=The%20best%20walk,%20it%20will%20make%20you%20smarter. I had always wanted to run for fun, but never really explored the concept of running, which was something I wasn’t sure about, because then why would we use our legs as energy? I didn’t understand what I was doing or why I was doing it. It was a whole different world altogether. Then I decided to try yoga after hearing about its benefits. It wasn’t until today that I started feeling good and after practicing more and more every day, there was no way I wouldn’t go back to yoga today. There’s a lot of benefits associated with yoga, and more importantly, you can feel better physically and mentally. Yoga has helped me get into shape, even after working out consistently. I still felt fit and healthy. Yoga is also about finding pleasure & peace within yourself through meditation & breathing. Doing deep breathing exercises helps lower stress and anxiety levels, which can be very helpful when trying to work on body goals or maintaining your weight or eating habits. After a few days of practice, I noticed improvement in my confidence, physical physique & heart rate, as well as mental clarity. I’m glad I stuck with it! Even though I only got results 10 days ago, I never thought I could last this long just by myself and so I hope to keep going. If you would like to come along, I’m open to suggestions on how you can achieve your fitness goal. As the saying goes, ” If it doesn’t fit your schedule…then it probably doesn’t need doing” and for me it does not fit anymore. This is because I get back to doing things at home again and have fun doing them while being more conscious of myself and my surroundings. I can honestly say that I am happy to share with you all these things that I have learnt and done after exploring and enjoying the wonderful worlds of yoga and walking. All these things have definitely made me a stronger person and helped me become a healthier version of myself. So, let us move into a positive attitude and take up as much strength as we can. Take the challenge & give it your best shot and, hopefully, tomorrow we will all find happiness again :)
