      Walking for long distances is one of the oldest forms of exercise, but now with advancements in technology and medicine, people are moving towards fitness gadgets or wearable devices so that you can be able to enjoy regular walks in the streets, parks or anywhere.. Walking for longer distances can increase your heart rate & blood pressure for a limited time. Now, walking for a shorter distance reduces your blood pressure, while at greater distance increases it.
